Payment methods

The following secure payment methods are supported on our e-shop:

Bank transfer: Format Srl's bank details, necessary to make the bank transfer, will be sent to you at the time of purchase. Make the payment through your trusted bank and send us the Transaction Reference Number which identifies the bank transaction. The order will be processed when the payment is credited to our account.

Credit card: a payment link that allows you to pay by credit card will be sent via email/ sms/ WhatsApp via the Nexi system. The order will be processed when the payment is credited to our account.

A 50% deposit is required upon ordering. Final payment is due when production is completed and the products are ready to be delivered.
