1. FIND THE PERFECT PIECE FOR YOU
On our e-shop you are able to discover more than 7.000 products, carefully organized by categories. To simplify the process, we launched a “Bestsellers” section where you can discover the most requested products.
2. LEARN MORE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
Each product page provides full information about the product you are looking at such as finishes, sizes and technical details. You can add the product to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. Should you need more information about the product you can send us a request by clicking the “Info request” button. Products labeled as “Price on request” can be inquired through the specific form on the product page.

3A. SHOPPING ONLINE
Inside the shopping cart you have a full recap of the selected products. You can also add or delete items.
In order to proceed with the next steps you are required to sign up or to login. You are required to specify the delivery address and select the desired delivery method (standard curbside delivery, inside home delivery and installation, collection at our warehouse). During the checkout process no payment will be requested as we need to provide you with the shipping cost first.
International delivery does not have a fixed cost: its cost changes based on the volume/ weight of the products and on the delivery address. In order to offer you the most competitive shipping cost, international deliveries are quoted on a case by case basis. Complete the checkout process to send us the shipping cost quotation request. No payment will be asked at any stage of the checkout process. You might be requested to choose your favorite payment option (bank wire, credit card, Paypal): it is just a preference request. No payment will be asked.
3B. SHOPPING VIA EMAIL
You can shop via email as well: get in touch with us at email@example.com and show us the product you are interested in. Our team will reply soon with our best offer, send high definition images of the chosen materials and reply to your questions. Then, if you would like to proceed with the order, the team will prepare the contract. The majority of our clients proceed with the purchase via email.
4. WAIT FOR A REPLY FROM OUR TEAM
Whether you decide to send us a request through the checkout process or you drop us an email, you will be contacted by our team. We will reply as soon as we can with our best offer. Then, if you’d like to proceed with the order, our team will prepare the contract.
A 50% deposit is required to place the order. The final payment is requested when the production is over and the products are ready to be delivered. Payment can be made by bank wire, credit card or Paypal. Cash on delivery service is not available.
Once the order is placed, you need to wait for the production. Production times vary from a company to another: generally speaking you are required to wait 60/ 80 days from the order date.
Once the products are ready to be delivered, the final payment will be requested. When the payment is confirmed, the delivery will be authorized. Deliveries are entrusted to an international company specialized in furniture shipping. We do not work with express couriers as they are not considered a suitable option.
Deliveries within Europe usually require 10/ 15 days.
Deliveries outside Europe are agreed on a case by case basis.
8. DELIVERY DAY
You have to be present at the delivery address and supervise the unloading of the goods. You have to check the number and the integrity of the packages/ products. You need to sign the transportation document or POD (Proof of Delivery) only after the inspection.
