How can I buy?
Within our selection, locate the product you like, select the dimensions and finishes and add it to the cart. Shipping costs in Italy are free (excluding islands). If you reside outside of Italy, you will need to ask us for a quote for shipping costs.
Can I contact you by email to purchase?
Of course, we always recommend contacting us by email at email@example.com before purchasing. Tell us the product of your interest and we will take care of everything. We will make you the best offer, send you high-definition photos of the materials and fabrics, we will answer all your questions, draw up the sales contract and place the order.
What is the personalized quote?
On some brands we are able to offer greater discounts than those shown on the site. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a personalized quote.
Are you official resellers of the brands on the site?
Yes, we are official resellers of all the brands shown on our site. We buy directly from the manufacturers and the goods will be delivered to you in their original packaging.
In addition to the online shop, do you also have a physical shop?
Yes, we have been operating in this sector for over 60 years and we have a furniture showroom in Turin in Northern Italy. If you want to come and visit us, you can enjoy over 3,000 square meters dedicated to modern design and furniture. You can find out more about our history on this page.
What does In Stock products mean?
The products of the In Stock section are the products on display in our showroom. Our exhibition is periodically updated: they are almost always new products and offered at advantageous prices.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. It is not possible to pay cash on delivery.
Do I have to pay in full at the order?
If you purchase directly on the site, our system by default requires full payment for the order. If you contact us by email, it will be sufficient to pay 50% of the total at the time of the order. We will ask you for final payment only when the goods are ready to be shipped.
How much are the shipping costs in Italy?
Standard street level delivery is free in Italy, excluding islands.
How much are the shipping costs outside of Italy?
There is no standard cost for international shipping charges. This cost varies according to the volume/weight of the goods ordered and the delivery address. In order to offer the best service, it will be calculated on a case by case basis.
How much are customs duties and taxes?
These costs are not up to us and we are unable to calculate them. They vary from country to country and we recommend that you inquire at the customs office in your country.
3. PRODUCTION TIMES
Are the products shown on the site ready for delivery?
No, the products on our site must be ordered, therefore it will be necessary to wait for production times. The only products ready for delivery are those present in the “In Stock/Outlet” section.
How long are production times?
Production times vary from company to company. Generally they vary from a minimum of 4 weeks to a maximum of 8. The production time is indicated in the description of each product: it is a particularly accurate estimate, but not binding because it depends on the manufacturer.
4. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
What is standard street level delivery?
Standard delivery involves unloading the goods at the street level. It does not include transport into your home, assembly and removal of packaging.
Can I request home delivery and assembly service?
Yes, you can request this service. You will need to provide us with your address, the floor number on which your apartment is located and specify any problems related to your address: restricted traffic area, particularly narrow street, narrow stairs, low ceilings, no lift or any other problem that prevent delivery.
Who makes the deliveries?
For deliveries we rely on a company specializing in the transport of furniture, in order to guarantee quality service and product integrity. We do not use express couriers: they are not considered suitable for the transport of delicate products.
What are the shipping times?
Shipping times vary based on the shipping address. Shipments within Europe generally take 6/10 days from when the products arrive at the warehouse of the transport company. Outside of Europe, shipping times will be indicated on a case-by-case basis. Shipping times are accurate estimates, but not binding because they depend solely on the transport company.
Will I be contacted before delivery?
Before delivery you will be contacted by telephone by the transport company to agree on the date and time of delivery.
Are there any periods of the year during which you don't deliver?
Deliveries during the Christmas period may slow down and be rescheduled in January. Due to the summer holidays of European hauliers, no deliveries are made during the month of August.
I ordered multiple products: will they be delivered together or separately?
Generally the products are shipped all together because it is cheaper. If you have ordered products with different production times, they will be shipped to you when the last product is ready. If you want separate shipments we can organize them: keep in mind that the shipping costs will be higher.
To save money, can I choose to receive the goods by express courier?
Yes, if you wish we can entrust the products to an express courier. In this case, the responsibility for non-compliant transport and any damage will be at your expense.
Can I collect the goods from your warehouse?
Yes, if you wish, you can independently collect the products from our warehouse.
5. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Can I cancel my order?
Once you place the order, we immediately send it to the manufacturer. You have 48 hours to inform us that you intend to cancel the order. After this time frame, the order can no longer be canceled.
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days to exercise the right of return from when you or a person designated by you has received the goods. After 14 days it will no longer be possible to return. The costs for the return will be at your expense. All products that have been made according to your preferences are excluded from the right of return.
I have received a defective/wrong product: what should I do?
Contact us by email at email@example.com and inform us of any problems related to your product. We will take immediate action to resolve the issue. The report must be made within 48 of receipt of the goods.
