The purchased products will be shipped to the address indicated at the time of the order.
In order to ensure the integrity of the products ordered, shipments are made by a company specializing in the transport of furniture. We do not use express couriers: they are not considered suitable for the transport of delicate products.
Using a transport company and not an express courier, it is not possible to have a tracking number. When the products are in the warehouse closest to your city, you will be contacted by telephone by the carrier to arrange the day and time of delivery.
Standard shipping is delivered at street level: it does not include transport into the house, assembly and removal of packaging.
Standard shipping in Italy is free for amounts over 300.00 Euro.
Standard shipping outside Italy does not have a fixed cost: the cost varies according to the volume/weight of the products ordered and based on the destination address. In order to offer you the cheapest shipping price, international shipments are quoted on a case by case basis.
INSIDE HOME DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY
If you wish to benefit from the in-house transport and assembly service, please specify this and we will ask the transport company for an accurate quote. You will need to indicate the floor number on which your apartment is located and any problems related to your address that may prevent delivery (limited traffic area, particularly narrow street, narrow stairs, low ceilings, no lift, etc.).
COLLECTION FROM OUR WAREHOUSE
If you wish to manage the shipment independently, you can collect the products at our warehouse. This eventuality will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, before placing the order.
Once the production of the furniture is finished, the manufacturing company will send them directly to the warehouse of the transport company. As soon as the final payment is credited to our account, we will authorize the shipment. Deliveries within the European Union generally take about 6/10 days. The times for deliveries outside the European Union will be communicated on a case by case basis. The estimates we provide are accurate, but not binding because they depend solely on the transport company.
CRITICAL PERIODS FOR SHIPMENTS
During the Christmas period, the transport company could reschedule some deliveries initially scheduled for the second half of December for January. Due to the summer holidays of European transporters, the transport company does not deliver during the month of August.
Considering that the production times of the companies are between 45-60 days:
- Products ordered from mid-October onwards will be delivered starting from January
- Products ordered from mid-June onwards will be delivered starting from September
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
It is your responsibility to verify the accessibility of the carrier to the place of delivery, indicating any impediments at the time of ordering. Delivery is considered when the products are entrusted to you or a person delegated by you: the date shown on the transport document will be considered as proof.
The goods duly packaged by the manufacturer travel on behalf and at the risk of the customer from the moment they are entrusted to the carrier. In case of delays in delivery (attributable to the transport company and not to force majeure events), partial or total loss or damage due to transport, you will be entitled to appeal to the carrier. We will endeavor to assist you in the aforementioned eventualities.
On the day of delivery you will have to supervise the unloading of the goods, check the number of packages and their integrity. We recommend that you sign the transport documents with a detailed reservation.
